Both fast food and lobster rolls are decidedly un-French. But right in the heart of Saint-Germain, just a couple of steps from Odéon, it is possible to get your hands on the city's finest "quick" meal. A crispy, butter-toasted brioche bun baked by Parisian baker Thierry Racoillet, filled with a rich, spicy and creamy lobster mixture with tarragon and chives. So simple, yet so good. Refreshingly fast and unpretentious, and right in the middle of Paris. Restaurateur Moïse Sfez also has a Homer outpost in Le Marais. No reservation needed, but be prepared to queue.
